Each bench features a coloured target measuring 30 x 60cm, which participants were instructed to aim for. A 10cm strip was marked in the centre of the coloured target signifying a perfect pass, rewarded with 1-second taken from their penalty score. Inside the area is a passing zone measuring 0.75m in width surrounding a central dribbling zone measuring 2.5 x 1m. Participants were required to perform sixteen-passes in a clockwise direction as fast and accurate as possible.
