The training program consisted of two lower extremity (squats) and six trunk exercises consisting of 4 sec for concentric/2 sec no relaxing phase/4 sec for eccentric in cadence with intermittent rest periods of 60 sec between exercises, with the exception of the roll back and hip walking exercises, which were performed continuously for 64 and 48 sec without any isometric phase, respectively.
