Data are expressed as mean (standard deviation) of the different intensities (i.e., different grip widths) for the different types of perception analyzed. RISE Scale: Resistance Intensity Scale for Exercise with TheraBand elastic bands. Numerical equivalence of the data with the qualitative descriptors: 1 (easy); 2 (low); 3 (moderate); 4 (hard); 5 (maximal). Rating of perceived exertion (RPE) for active muscles and overall body: RPE at the end of the 15 repetitions at the different intensities.* Very significant differences (p ≤ 0.001) with medium and low intensities.** Very significant differences (p ≤ 0.001) with low intensities.† Significant differences (p < 0.05) with low intensities.
